At the head of the Jaarbeurs grounds, initiator Amrath Hotel is planning to realise a new 3/4-star hotel with approximately 250 rooms and some 200 residences. This will expand the accommodation possibilities in Utrecht. The hotel must evoke the image of a metropolitan hotel. The hotel will consist of two towers, one of 70m and one of 90m high. The architect is Rob Ligtvoet of Kraaijvanger.Urbis.
