Wolff Cinema Group has called in the ESTE architect group from Brussels to design the mega cinema. The mega cinema will have 18 cinema screens with a total of approximately 4700 seats. The building will be approximately 18 metres high and measure 90 by 147 metres. The ground floor will largely be accessible to the public and consist of an entrance adjoining the passage between the (future) centre boulevard and the Jaarbeurs parking lot. In addition, the ground floor will have a food court, various spaces for cinema-related commercial activities and a bicycle parking. On the first floor there will be a foyer, which leads to the large and medium-sized cinema halls. The small halls will be located on the second floor. The interior will have large open spaces which connect the different storeys. The outside design near the entrances will be striking.
