Around the new Stationssquare, between Utrecht Central and the Hoog Catharijne mall, on the North- and Southside of it, there is space for a new hotel, retail and offices. Almost on top of Utrecht Central, in the heart of Utrecht.
The Northbuilding will have residential, hotel, office and retail functions.
'The Platform' is a building arising on top of the new bus- and tram station. Soon people will live here.
